2012-2013 Administrative/Managerial/Supervisory/Confidential Salary Schedule
Issue/Rationale
Salaries for the Administrative/Managerial/Supervisory/Confidential employees for the 2012-2013 school year must be approved by the School Board.
Recommended Action
Approve the Salary Schedule as presented.
Administrative/Managerial/Supervisory personnel will receive a non-retroactive step advancement commencing with the paycheck on October 31, 2012.
Confidential employees' non-retroactive step advancement will begin on October 31, 2012, in keeping with other support employees and the 2012-2013 CESPA Contract amendment.
Financial Impact
Increase of approximately $168,595.05 for salaries and benefits.
